CLARIFICATION AND APPROVAL TEXT ON SENDING COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

We, ÇIRAĞAN SARAYI VE İŞLETMELERİ GELİŞTİRME İNŞAAT VE TURİZM A.Ş., aim to inform you about commercial electronic messages within the scope of the "Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce" numbered 6563, "Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages" and other relevant legislation, and to provide better service by obtaining your commercial electronic message approval and reaching you in this way.

1. Clarification Text:

Commercial electronic message means data, audio and video messages sent for commercial purposes and conducted in electronic environment using tools such as telephone, e-mail, short message, call centers, fax, automatic dialing machines and smart voice recorder systems. Commercial electronic messages can only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. This consent can be obtained in writing or by all kinds of electronic communication tools or via the Message Management System ("MMS"). Recipients may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without a cause. In this context, even if you give your consent for the sending of commercial electronic messages, you can always refuse to receive commercial electronic messages without a cause, by entering the link in the e-mail and over the MMS.

This "Clarification and Approval Text on Sending Commercial Electronic Messages" is an annex and an integral part of the Clarification Text on Processing of Personal Data.

2. Approval Text:

Within the scope of "The Clarification Text on Processing of Personal Data" and its annex "The Clarification and Approval Text on Sending Commercial Electronic Messages", I have been informed that; my contact information such as mobile / home / work phone, e-mail address are collected for sending me commercial electronic messages; that I can change my communication preferences at any time and without a cause; and that I can stop the relevant commercial electronic communication by clicking on the relevant link in the electronic messages you send (or in the system established/installed by the competent authorities, if any); but legally mandatory communications will continue in any case.

Within this framework, for the purposes of various promotions, advertisements, campaigns, discounts, sales and marketing related to all kinds of products and services, I give my permission and consent to ÇIRAĞAN SARAYI VE İŞLETMELERİ GELİŞTİRME İNŞAAT VE TURİZM A.Ş. to send me commercial electronic messages by SMS/short message, automatic call, computer, telephone, fax, e-mail/mail and other electronic communication tools.
